Cancellation Policy

Participants must notify MicroKnowledge by phone of any exam cancellation five (5) full business days prior to the day of scheduled exam. The Participant will be charged full price for an exam voucher for exams cancelled with cancellation notice of fewer than five (5) full business days prior to the day of scheduled exam.
