Spring is here! This is such a great time for outdoor activities and planning for summer fun with family and friends.
During this first quarter of the year, the MicroKnowledge team has been focusing on professional development courses (PDF). We are offering sessions on time management, supervisory training, managing change and effective communication. Training sessions can be conducted at your location or at the MicroKnowledge training facility in Latham. Louise Marks will be one of the training facilitators. She is an innovative professional with more than 20 years of success in organizational management. To learn more about the backgrounds of the MicroKnowledge team, you can meet the team.
Read about our upcoming course in Using Report Builder 3.0. This tool is useful in building simple to complex reports by working with SQL data. By popular demand, we are continuing to offer Professional Time Management Strategies Using Outlook, Effective Communication, and SharePoint 2010 Level 1.
Be sure to check our Customer Appreciation Sessions starting in May! We are conducting five exciting sessions throughout the year, including topics such as tips for using Outlook, organizational change and exploring how to use LinkedIn as a professional tool for connecting.
Don’t forget to take a look at Try This, It Works section for helpful tips on Windows and Outlook.
As always, we have our eye on the communities in which we live and work. See Community Matters to learn about Windham hosting an international mountain bike World Cup! In addition, read about the buzz Tracy Metzger is stirring up at the Beahive in downtown Albany in Tech Valley’s Brightest.
MicroKnowledge is posting helpful tips, technology trends, class information, and community news. It’s all on Facebook! Come check out our page, and if you “Like” us between now and April 30, you’ll be entered into a drawing for a $25 gift certificate to The Book House of Stuyvesant Plaza.
We sincerely appreciate our customers and would love for you to become a fan. Have a wonderful spring and a great start to the summer!
