Cancellation Policy

Participants must notify MicroKnowledge by phone of any course cancellation five (5) full business days prior to the day of scheduled training.  The full course charge will apply and be invoiced to the Participant for courses cancelled with cancellation notice of fewer than five (5) full business days prior to the day of scheduled training.
