Circles of Mercy
We hope you’ll help us support an outstanding community organization, Circles of Mercy, which has a 16-year tradition of providing services to the local Rensselaer community. Sponsored by the Sisters of Mercy, Circles of Mercy’s outreach center provides free tax preparation, computer training, social services, mentoring, resume and job seeking services, holiday programs and Catherine’s Closet for clothing and household goods.
Circles of Mercy could use your support at two upcoming events. The first is the Freihofer’s Community Walk on May 31, during which a Circles team will walk to raise funds for Circles of Mercy’s programs. Please consider helping out by donating.
Also, plan to attend the Annual Taste of Mercy Gala on Wednesday, June 11 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Shaker Ridge Country Club. Sister Jane Somerville, life and ministry administrator and member of the Circles of Mercy board of trustees, will be honored. Reservations can be made by contacting Richard S.
